Shipping Policy
No orders are shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. All shipping is via carrier of Express Satellite Services's choosing. Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) to be shipped same day. Once you have submitted your order and your card has been charged, if you change your shipping method there is a $10.00 service charge for changing the method of delivery or delivery destination. No refunds on any and all shipping charges or service charges. At Express Satellite Services® we believe in helping our environment by recycling. We use recycled and recirculated materials as part of our packaging.
Return Policy
All returns require RMA numbers issued by Express Satellite Services®.

Non-working returns less than 30 days old from date of issue. Merchant must call into Express Satellite Services® first. Together we will trouble shoot equipment problems, if not resolved, Express Satellite services will notify warehouse of equipment failure and then the appropriate deployment of replacement equipment will ensue. A Call Tag request will be sent to merchant for return of defective said equipment. Serial numbers are tracked on all equipment. If the merchant does not return the device on the call tag within 10 days, the account will go to Collections. Merchant will be responsible for all fees incurred for Collections.

Non-working returns greater than 30 days, but within warranty, from date of issue will be placed with a like refurbished device. Express Satellite Services® will place an Equipment Replacement request (RA#) for no charge. If the merchant does not return the malfunctioned device on the call tag within 10 days, the account will go to collections and Express Satellite Services® will not be held liable for said transaction.
Equipment Warranty Policy
All new equipment comes with a manufacturers warranty (based on standards applied by manufacturer); for example Atlas equipment have a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. We have a 30 day shipment warranty policy.
Merchant Return (RMA) Procedure
All Returns are situations where items are being returned and not being replaced. Credit will only be given on returned items that are unused and in the original box / packaging and have been purchased thru our company, Express Satellite Services®. There are absolutely no exceptions - no returns accepted on software with broken seals. We reserve the right to refuse issuance of RMA's based on any circumstance. There is a 20% restocking fee on any accepted returned software, no exceptions. You agree to this upon placement of your order with us, Express Satellite Services®.
